NHSmail: How home care agencies can use secure communications during COVID-19

Watch now
COVID-19 has made it clear that the home care sector needs to improve its digital processes particularly when it comes to sharing information. NHSmail is one solution that could help home care agencies share sensitive client information securely by email. But many agencies are struggling with the sign-up process and then, once their account is created, to know how to use it efficiently.
We were delighted to welcome Alice Green, Improvement Support Officer at Healthy London Partnership, to share some of the steps providers can take to implement and use NHSmail
Points covered during the webinar:
  • What NHSmail is and why home care agencies should use it
  • How to sign up for an account and use it day-to-day
  • What support is available for technical problems

This webinar is pre-recorded. If you have any questions about the content please don't hesitate to contact us
